Non-Kink Garden Hose

I Couldn’t do Without – a good quality non-kink garden hose. Although I use water butts and watering cans whenever possible, there are times when a hose is necessary and a cheap one is guaranteed to be endlessly frustrating as it kinks, blows off the taps and leaves you soaking wet.

Don’t economise – I’ve had my professional quality hose for 12 years and it is as good as new – and make sure it’s long enough.
