All Gloved-Up

My vegetable brush is (to be honest) somewhat knackered; the handle is  broken and the bristles are no longer bristly. So, Skruba’s new Veggie Scrubbing Gloves (£5.95) are an attractive proposition – specifically designed to help wash and prepare vegetables quickly and easily. I’m not sure whether the idea came from the exfoliating gloves that are used in the bathroom, but the gloves’ texture is similar and they work a treat on cleaning soil from root vegetables  and will also remove the skin from new potatoes and carrots.
