I haven’t read Chas and his rock n roll allotment but have glanced through it in the gardening section. Full of all sorts of useful garden tips. Apparently to speed up composting it helps to pee on your compost heap – I’m not about to try that on the allotment but a bloke on a quiet allotment might!
I think musicians make good gardeners. I’m going to buy Chas and his rock and roll allotment and will keep you posted. I’m also a fan of Kim Wilde and her gardening.
