Ground Ivy
I was walking past a disused shop the other day and was arrested by the sight of the concrete floor covered with an advancing carpet of ground ivy. This wasn’t down a country lane – it was in the middle of town next to a row of terraced houses with not a garden or flowerbed in sight.
Wonderful colors! Somehow I do not see the carpet thickening. Lovely. ;>)
